HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?
ALL ITEMS RESPECTING THE LOLË RETURN POLICY CAN BE RETURNED.
You can return multiple orders in a single package. Please provide the purchase orders corresponding to the returned items.
HOW TO RETURN:
1. Place the item(s) in any transit appropriate box or bag. Please ensure all tags are still attached to the item(s).
2. Include a copy of your packing slip within the package, and highlight the item(s) being returned.
*Note: Returns without the packing slips may encounter refund delays. Please contact customer service.
3. Close and seal the package, stick the UPS prepaid* return label provided with your order and drop off the package at a UPS store near you.
4. Record the tracking number on the UPS return label to track delivery to our warehouse. After receiving your return please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to appear on your credit card statement.
To find your nearest UPS location, visit www.ups.com. Take note of the tracking number showing on the return label before you drop your return package. If you do not have a local UPS service point, simply give them a call, and they will send one of their drivers to your location to pick up the package.
