All items respecting the Lolë return policy can be returned in one of two ways:
Returns by UPS:
1. Place the item(s) back in its original packaging with all tags.
2. Include a copy of your Coalision packing slip within the package, and highlight the item(s) being returned.
3. Close and seal the package, stick the UPS pre-paid* return label provided with your order and drop off the package at a UPS store near you.
To find your nearest UPS location, visit www.ups.com or call 1-800-742-5877 (Canada) or 1-877-289-6418 (United States). Take note of the tracking number showing on the return label before you drop your return package.
If you do not have a local UPS service point, simply give them a call and they will send one of their drivers to your location to pick-up the package.
Returns in a Lolë Atelier:
You may return or exchange an online order in person at one of our Lolë Ateliers (with the exception of Outlet stores and airport stores). Simply bring the electronic invoice you received by email along with the packing slip that was included in the package. Lolë will offer an exchange, refund (on the credit card used to make the original purchase) or gift card for the original purchase price.
